Ripped and Ready $

Join Personal Trainers, Elizabeth Hartge and Emily Maciejewski, for a new program that will help you reach your weight loss and fitness goals. This bootcamp-style workout will combine strength training, cardiovascular endurance and mobility work. Offered at two great times, 9:30am and 6:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 10am on Saturdays, teamwork will help motivate you to a new, improved fitness level.
