ROW X

ROW, TRX, STRENGTH, REPEAT= ROW X is a fast paced, high intensity metabolic training class designed to combine cardio and strength in a small group team atmosphere. Participants will rotate stations including rowing, exercises using TRX equipment, and strength training. This fast paced class will help you get lean, strong, and burn calories hours after your workout. Sign-up for this class begins 30 minutes prior to class start.
