Is a long term contract required to join AAC?

No, all memberships are month to month.

What is included in my membership?

Our memberships are all inclusive including unlimited access to the gym and group ex classes, use of the saunas and steam rooms, childcare and all our amenities.

Are all classes included in membership?

Yes, all classes, including Total-Barre, on the Group Ex schedule are included. Pilates Reformer is an additional cost.

May I reserve a spot in one of the group ex classes?

All classes are open to all of our members. You may reserve a bike for select Cycle classes 30 minutes before the class begins.

Do I have to sign up for group ex classes?

Sign–up is however required for our Total- Barre and ROW-X classes and is available 30 minutes before class at the Member Service Desk.

What is the guest policy?

All members may bring a guest for a fee of $15.00 per visit to enjoy all the club’s amenities

How do I cancel my membership?

A member may voluntarily terminate his/her membership after the initial contract period by notifying the club in writing, by certified mail, return receipt requested or by personal delivery with notice signed by the club Manager on Duty(MOD). Member must provide notice by the 25th of the month to cancel/terminate the membership at the end of the following month

If I go on vacation, can I place my membership on hold?

If members are away for an extended period, they may freeze their membership. Memberships can be frozen for entire months, for up to six months at a time. There is a one-time $25 freeze fee for a two to three month freeze. There is a one-time $50 freeze fee for a four to six month freeze.

What if I am injured and cannot utilize the club?

Members may freeze their memberships for medical reasons free of charge.

What is the club’s inclement weather policy?

It is the club’s goal to maintain normal operating hours at all times. However, we are mindful of the safety of our staff and members. In case of adjusted hours, an email will be sent 2 hours prior to an early closing or late opening which will also be reflected on our webpage and voicemail system.

Does the club have free Wi-Fi?

Yes the club offers free wi fi to all our members

How do I schedule childcare?

You may schedule childcare by phone or in person, up to 3 days in advance or in as little as 10 minutes prior at the membership services desk.

What are the age restrictions for childcare?

Children ages 6 weeks -10 years old are welcome in our child care.

How much does childcare cost?

AAC offers affordable childcare for $2.00 per hour (with a prepaid childcare package).


How do I schedule a massage?

Massages can be scheduled by phone or at the member service desk 24 hours in advance. No massages can be scheduled for the same day and there is a 6 hour cancellation policy.

Are personal trainers available?

Every new member receives 1 complimentary fitness evaluation with a personal trainer. AAC has an extensive team of nationally certified personal trainers on staff. We offer several affordable plans and training packages to help you reach your fitness goals.

What holidays does the club observe?

The club is open 364 days a year, only closing our doors on Christmas day. New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve the club’s hours are generally 7am to 1pm. The hours are generally 7am to 3pm the day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas.
