Is a long term contract required to join AAC?

No, all memberships are month to month.

What is included in my membership?

Our memberships are all inclusive including unlimited access to the gym and group fitness classes, use of the saunas and steam rooms, and all our amenities.

Are all classes included in membership?

Yes, all classes, including Total-Barre, on the group fitness schedule are included. Pilates Reformer is an additional cost.

May I reserve a spot in one of the group fitness classes?

We encourage all members to reserve a space in group fitness classes via the online Empower M.E. portal. Space reservation becomes available on Empower M.E. 26 hours prior to the class start time.

What is the group fitness reservation cancellation policy?

Class reservations and standbys may be cancelled via the Empower M.E. portal up to 2 hours prior to class time. If a group fitness reservation is cancelled within 2 hours of the class start time, a $10 fee cancellation fee will be charged to your house account. If you are enrolling in a class as standby, please be aware that the same cancellation policy applies regardless of actual enrollment

What is the guest policy?

All members may bring a guest for a fee of $15.00 per visit to enjoy all the club’s amenities

How do I cancel my membership?

A member may voluntarily terminate his/her membership after the initial contract period by calling our Member Service Call Center, 855-275-1060. Members must provide notice by the 25th of the month to cancel/terminate the membership at the end of the following month.

If I go on vacation, can I place my membership on hold?

If members are away for an extended period, they may freeze their membership. Members may freeze their membership once per calendar year, for a maximum of three months. There is a one-time $25 fee per membership freeze. 

What if I am injured and cannot utilize the club?

Members may freeze their membership for a medical issue once per calendar year, for a maximum of three months. There is no fee for a medical freeze. Please contact the Member Service Desk for additional questions relative to a membership freeze for medical purposes. 

What is the club’s inclement weather policy?

It is the club’s goal to maintain normal operating hours at all times. However, we are mindful of the safety of our staff and members. In case of adjusted hours, a text will be sent 2 hours prior to an early closing or late opening which will also be reflected on our webpage.

Does the club have free Wi-Fi?

Yes the club offers free wi fi to all our members

How do I schedule a massage?

Massages can be scheduled by phone or at the member service desk 24 hours in advance. No massages can be scheduled for the same day and there is a 6 hour cancellation policy.

Are personal trainers available?

Every new member receives 2 complimentary fitness evaluation with a personal trainer. AAC has an extensive team of nationally certified personal trainers on staff. We offer several affordable plans and training packages to help you reach your fitness goals.

What holidays does the club observe?

The club is open 364 days a year, only closing our doors on Christmas day. New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve the club’s hours are generally 7am to 1pm. The hours are generally 7am to 3pm the day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas.
